Free shipping on all orders over €70! All orders ship from our HQ in central Stockholm, Sweden.

All orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm CET ship within 48 hours. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. This may sometimes cause a slight delay in processing your order. See below for average shipping times!

Additionally, orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take extra processing time due to increased volumes. Please allow 3-5 extra days for order processing. Thanks for your patience!

 

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK (HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE)?

 

We use Postnord Varubrev for all domestic and international shipments. Average total transit time is 4-7 working days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

For example, if you order on a Sunday within the EU, we usually can pack it by Monday and hand it over to Postnord that evening. Postnord would then send it out on the next business day, being Tuesday. It usually then takes 4-5 business days to reach EU countries outside Sweden. Then allow another 1-2 business days for the local postal service to deliver the package!

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that Postnord is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if Postnord is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

 

To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select “Begin Checkout.” In the “Shipping address” section, select the “Country” drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don’t ship to you. In this case, we’d suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.

 

TOLLS WHEN BUYING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE EU?

Since we ship our stuff from Sweden (inside the EU) please be prepared to pay your country’s VAT and custom duty tolls when your purchase from Ninepine outside of the EU. For example, Norwegian customers will have to pay to clear their items before receiving them. Thanks for understanding! 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?

 

We do not currently ship to PO boxes due to security reasons!
